KIE Wellness will pay for standard shipping for all online retail purchases via a major shipping provider. You should expect your product to be delivered within 15 business days of placing your order. KIE Wellness will notify you of any known delays. If you do not receive your order within that timeframe, please contact customer service at kiewellness@gmail.com.

In no event will KIE Wellness or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to national holidays, natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
